2021 Annual Members Meeting
This year we have decided to keep our new outdoor, come and go format for our 2021 meeting. The meeting will be Thursday, June 24th in the outdoor space between the clubhouse and tennis courts. Residents may come and go anytime between 7-8pm to speak with board members and meet other residents. There will be no formal presentation but a meeting packet will be available with information online and in person. See our website for more information or to contact us in advance with questions.
2021 Directors Election & Call for Nominations This year we have added the option to vote electronically using a third-party representative. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation while saving both time and money. Information on voting, when finalized, will be available on our website, under News/Info & Updates. Online voting will open when emails are sent to owners on June 8th.
The 2021 election of directors will be for 2 director openings. We currently have 3 candidates running for those positions. Anyone interested in submitting a nomination for an additional candidate may do so via email no later than Friday, May 28th. Please include a brief bio to be included with the ballot. More details on current candidates and nominations can be found on the website.
Facilities Access Card Update: Our NEW Facilities Access System is Active Keep your current cards!
Replacement cards will only be provided at a cost of $25 per card. Currently issued cards will work on the new system but only if they are registered using our quick online form. If you've never received cards, they can be requested using the online form at the link below.
If your cards are not working or you need new/replacement cards see our website for instructions. You will receive email confirmation and communication within 48 hours of your request, typically sooner.
Opening day for the pool was Saturday, May 1. To access the pool any weekend in May or during the summer schedule (or the tennis courts throughout the year), you MUST re-register your card using the survey at the link above. New and replacement cards requested will be distributed weekends in May by appointment. For pool information, schedule, and hours see our website.
Yard of the Month to begin in June.
To give residents more time to work in their yards following the freeze this winter, Yard of the Month judging will begin the first week of June.
