BIC Custom Homes has had the honor of developing a community in the Hillcrest neighborhood. Our most recent addition was completed in November of 2020. It is an 1826 square-foot ranch with an open floorplan. It was a pre-sold build, and we enjoyed collaborating with the homeowners to develop a design that worked great for them. The kitchen, dining, and great room all share an open space accentuated by a warming fireplace that featured a natural stone surround. This home features a finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large rec room with a walk-up bar area with another fireplace surrounded by stone and a mantle. A large covered patio stretches across the back, creating the perfect outdoor entertainment space.
