Join us online on May 15th from 10am-12pm for a FREE Inclusive Online Self Defense Workshop: Partnering with the Satori Wellness Studio. Self-defense is the training and techniques necessary to defend yourself when targeted by crime or violence. Everyone welcome! Limited spots available. Please register below.
