Humans are a fairly impatient lot, and most of us want to see results right away, but, sometimes, results just can’t happen that quickly. Having unrealistic expectations often leads us to feel disappointed and give up quickly. Have you ever gone to the gym and expected a six-pack to appear overnight or for the weight scale to move by the next morning? What if I told you to think small and to set the bar low? It isn’t lazy to take this approach. It may help you succeed!
