A Whole New Level of Awesome!

May is here and while it may be hard to believe, summer is just around the corner. Looking back over the last couple of weeks we have been delighted by the dancers who have joined us for Raise Your Joy - our 4-week series featuring Nia dance classes. While the last year of the pandemic has been difficult on so many levels, it also has offered the unique opportunity for people to experience the healing benefits of dance no matter where you live.

Kudos to our participants from Canada, Nevada, New Hampshire and Arizona who hopped in! Did you miss your chance to dance? Relax. We'll have another series coming your way soon.  

During April, we also attended a global Food Summit where we heard from the top thought leaders, authors, physicians and experts in the field of healthy lifestyle practice. We look forward to sharing some of what we learned in an upcoming training that you can join via Facebook or Zoom. Mark your calendars for June 1 to 4, and be prepared to truly take your health and lifestyle practice to a whole new level of awesome!

May is for the Solar Plexus! 


Fridays during the month of May we will shine the light of health into this region of the body that governs the bodily process of digestion, and the mental and emotional realms of willpower and focus. Why is your third chakra, the solar plexus, important when it comes to your health? 

The solar plexus is where you focus on ideas, thoughts, learning and projects. A healthy and balanced third chakra also means you bring curiosity, determination, leadership, courage and confidence to whatever you do, such as taking those small steps to create and sustain vibrant health every day.
