Fellow Rotarians,
Last year we were not able to provide our yearly Christmas Dinner to the foster families at Harvest House due to you know what (COVID). So let’s make it up to them! We are scheduled on June 25 to have an outdoor movie event for these foster families. There will be some short films and a feature presentation. Also, movie theater style food will be provided to them. This outdoor picnic with a movie will be treat for these families who have taken in those kids who needed help in some of their most difficult times. As we get closer to the event, we will be looking for volunteers to help with the concession stand.
Our most prestigious speaker this week is fellow Rotarian Andrew Gayle. As a board member for GSWA, he will give us an update on any news and the future of this agency. Also, we can ask him where all the trash goes after it magically disappears those early mornings. If there are any IT questions, I’m sure he will be able to answer those too.
