It’s been all-change at the top of the Labour Party after a poor showing in the recent elections. A good old-fashioned reshuffle may seem like a reasonable solution to performance problems in politics, but in business I’d give it a wide berth.
As this week’s blog explores, it’s generally better to work with team members on your differences rather than removing dissenters.
On another note, I’m looking forward to Monday. While it’s important not to get carried away with the exuberance of reopening - it’s far too early to say this unpredictable pandemic is over yet - it feels like an important step on the road to recovery.
