Urban OM is unique and at the forefront as a center for Yoga Therapy Educations. Some of our YTT faculty were among the first IAYT-certified yoga therapists in Sweden. 

In our YTT 200h you will be trained in an integrative approach to yoga that spans yoga practices for wellness to foundational yoga therapy principles. Some of our YTT faculty were among the first IAYT-certified yoga therapists in Sweden. The curriculum is drawn from both traditional hatha yoga practices and philosophy as well as modern movement therapy and psychology. We believe in a non-dogmatic, intelligent and creative approach to teaching yoga where the student’s needs and wellbeing is at the center. 

We want to encourage yoga teachers to be humble, caring and kind, to lean into the realization that there are many ways to the same goal, to know that yoga is for everyone regardless of physical ability and that no one knows your body-mind better than you. Let’s be fellow students of Yoga and Life!
