Indiana Cheese Trail
It's here! We can't brie-lieve it's time to reveal our grate-est spectacle in rac(lette)-ing: the Indiana Cheese Trail!
June is National Dairy Month and we've decided to celebrate with one of our favorite dairy foods, cheese! Join us on a culinary journey to discover delicious cheeses throughout the great state of Indiana. The 2021 Indiana Cheese Trail will virtually guide you to 10 destinations that have been made possible thanks to a collaboration of dairy farmers, creameries and small businesses who know cheese best. Learn about Indiana cheeses and where you can purchase them at IndianaCheeseTrail.com.
If you're already planning some fun on the Indiana Cheese Trail, in honor of our friend Katy Williams, be on the look out for cheeses to make this delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese. Her "Sweet Blue Haired Granny" recipe is sure to please. Oh and don't forget to pick up some cheese for your real life Granny while you're out!
Need a zesty new dip idea for summer snacking? Get cultured with some homemade labneh. Perfect for pairing with pita chips, sliced veggies or as a spread for sandwiches.
