HEALTH COMMISSIONER'S ORDER NO. 18

While we are aware that the City of St. Louis just released Order No. 18, essentially lifting all previous restrictions, the building will continue to operate under the same health and safety guidelines in regard to face masks, social distancing, food deliveries, etc. Upon full review of these updated guidelines, Building Management will follow up with more information on how they may affect building operations:
  • Face mask/coverings are required to enter the building and must be worn in common areas of the building (lobby, sundry shop, etc.).
  • Individual food deliveries should be accepted outside of the building to help limit unnecessary exposure.
  • Please minimize the number of people congregating together in one area.
For more information on the City of St. Louis Order #18 guidelines, please visit the following link: Health Commissioner’s Order #18 .

For any questions or concerns, please contact the Building Management Office at (314) 436-3001.
WAY TO GO

Last week we hosted our American Red Cross Blood Drive. The event was a success and we donated 23 units of blood. That will save over 70 lives! We greatly appreciate the support of all the donors who participated.

The next blood drive will be on Wednesday, August 4th. We hope you can lend your support!
DOWNTOWN STL EVENTS

MISSOURI BIG CLIMB
Saturday, May 15th

Your time to step up to step down cancer is here. This is a virtual climbing event to help fuel the research and care for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Participants would normally climb The Columbia Center skyscraper in downtown Seattle, which is around 1,311 steps, but this event has broadened the scope to meet the restrictions of the pandemic by giving climbers different ways to climb from the safety of their own home. There are multiple ways to fundraise and registration is free.

DUC PARK POP-UP PARK
Friday, May 14th - Sunday, May 16th

Pocketparks, along with their sponsor Downtown Urgent Care (DUC), will transform the vacant lot of 923 Locust Street into a small parcel of paradise, featuring a re-imagined space with greenery, games, and giveaways. Not only is this event bringing the streets back to life, but it's free and open to the public.
