VIRTUAL WEDNESDAY Kids' MidWeek Meetup!
This new Wednesday offering is a great chance to connect with church friends during the week and take a moment to refocus on Jesus. We play a game, think about one particular reason that God is awesome through a video, or a devo, or demonstration, connect, sometimes we do a song. It's short but worth your 30 minutes! At Sunday Schoool last week, we thought about how God saved Esther and the Jews from harm. Every year, Jewish people all over the year celebrate the festival of Purim and remember God's faithfulness demonstrated in the Esther story. They show their thankfulness to God by giving gifts to the poor. Helping with this important project is a great way for us to help others too as we remember all the ways that God has blessed us!! |

Kids' Sunday School is BACK, and we invite YOU to get BACK to Sunday School!
WHEN?: Sundays at 9 am to 10 am
WHERE?: Old Town Mall by Fellowship Hall (Rain location- Rumble Room)
WHO?: Kids age 2 through 5th grade
WHAT DO I BRING? A mask and a coat if it's chilly
WHY?: Because we learn and grow in our faith in Christ through coming together.......and it's FUN!
HOW LONG?: This plan is in effect through May 23rd and then we'll reevaluate
WHAT DO PARENTS DO?: Worship indoors for the Fellowship Hall Service happening at the same time (fpcwinc.org/register) or just drop off your kids and come back at 10am if you're not ready to worship inside or stay as a helper.
WHY DURING WORSHIP? While FPC likes to offer Sunday School AND worship, but for this season, we thought this might make it easier for families to get back to in-person opportunities.

VBS July 18-22
This will definitely be our date and theme for VBS! This is later than usual on account of school letting out later and the unknowns of the pandemic. Last year we had a safe and successful VBS by staying outdoors, distanced, masked, and parents came too as kids stayed in groups with their family. At the LEAST, we could do that this summer on this week, but we are hoping and praying that things improve significantly with the pandemic where we could safely have a more traditional format. Stay tuned on the "How", but for now, we wanted to at least share the "What?" and the "When?"
