If May has been an incredibly fruitful month for us, June is going to be even more constructive!

The Bologna Peacebuilding Forum, was a success both in terms of participation and of the high quality of the interventions. Stefano Marinelli already wrote some valuable reflections for HuffPost Italia and we will publish soon more materials from the Forum. Meanwhile, you can find all the videos here.

Furthermore, we are glad to announce the publication of the first article of our last call for papers: "When two crises collide: the effects of climate change in the Colombian environmental peacebuilding process" by Natalia Urzola and María Paula González.

Finally, we are proud to announce that the Bologna Peacebuilding Forum web page has been nominated for the .eu Web Awards, in the "Better world" ategory, which we are delitghted by.

Call for Articles 2021 

We recently invited papers for the following themed article collections:

  • Environmental crises and peacebuilding
  • Women’s role in peace and security
  • Youth, Peace and Security
  • The state of European Peacebuilding
The call was a clear success: we received many articles, much more than we expected, based on quality research and experiences. Thank you very much to all the authors for their contributions and... for their patience! Now, with our brand new web page, we are ready to publish them!

Thus, we are finally glad to announce the publication of the first one: "When two crises collide: the effects of climate change in the Colombian environmental peacebuilding process" by Natalia Urzola and María Paula González.
