If you haven't heard, Excel has a new Administrative Assistant. We're thrilled to welcome Marissa Mark to the Excel Development Group Team. Marissa has prior accounting experience and is already showing that she will be a strong asset to our team. A little bit about Marissa, her favorite food is Tex-Mex. She loved to eat at Julio's in Omaha and was very sad when the local favorite shut down. Marissa loves to help people as she used to help people attain affordable eyewear in her previous job. She looks forward to continuing to help people, now with finding people quality affordable homes. We're excited to have Marissa be on our team.
All Community Buildings that Excel manages are still closed until further notice. Excel is in talks of opening up the Community Buildings in the near future. We'll let our residents know when a decision has been made. If you need to reschedule your reservation for a community building please contact us at 402-434-3344. **Please notify the Property Management Company immediately of needed repairs including, but not limited to: dripping water faucets; running toilets; defective appliances or heating and cooling system; broken windows; water leaks of any kind; or any other defective part of the premises.
