Group Fitness Is Back This Monday 17th May

We’re delighted to announce we can resume our indoor classes from Monday May 17th 2021. We can’t wait to see you all, it’s been such a long time. We plan to run the same timetable as last year with some slight time changes and additional Les Mills Grit classes. 

We still have to have reduced class numbers and adhere to strict government guidelines. Classes must be pre booked and for payg members paid for in advance. Members can book a maximum of 2 weeks in advanced. If all goes well, all restrictions will be lifted from june 21st. So it’s now time to start booking your classes as follows:

If you have df app and login you can book your classes from today. If you require a login for the app please call reception and they can get you added asap.

We hope to see lots of familiar faces and welcome new members.
