I'm finally sending out a newsletter!

It has taken me a few months to get organised, but I am finally sending out my first newsletter and, even better, you are reading it! With the springtime blossoming and the restrictions lifting (in the UK at least) I feel like I’m coming alive again.

I’m still making progress with my Sample Challenge (I selected 24 one ounce blocks of polymer clay in different colours with the intention of using them all up without adding extra clay). As you can see in the photo there’s not too much left for me to do. It has been a good way to motivate myself because I am often so overwhelmed with all the possibilities I don’t know where to start. If you’d like to do the challenge too, use the hashtag #24ozPolymerClay and let me know about it, it would be great to share.

After I’ve finished using up my “sample clay” I’m intending to revisit my Spectrum colour palettes from 2015. I made a survey to choose which palette to work with first and if you haven’t already chosen a colour there’s still time for you to have your say. If you work with Fimo Professional, you may be interested in the colour recipes I used. There are links for each colour palette on my blog.

Finally, as a thank you for signing up to my newsletter, here is a link to a card design that you can print off yourself (it’s free for personal use). It is designed to make an A6 size card. There is also an option to print two per A4 page.
