Prof. Jeanne Tsai joins Stanford scholars reflecting on contributions of Asian Americans during heritage month

"Our hope is that this work will not only illustrate how culture shapes our emotions and social relationships but also further illuminate the cultural experiences of many Asian Americans in California and beyond," Professor Tsai wrote while describing her lived experiences and her work in the Culture and Emotion Lab.

Catherine Thomas is awarded the P.E.O. Scholar Award

5th year social psychology student Catherine Thomas is one of 100 doctoral students within the U.S. and Canada selected to receive a $20,000 P.E.O. Scholar Award from the P.E.O. Sisterhood. This is a merit-based scholarship for women doctoral students in their dissertation stage, and she is happy to answer any questions other women doctoral students may have on this award and the application process.
