News to Know from Visit Estes Park

A Note from the CEO

I’ve spent my first week of living and working in Estes Park getting to know the town, the staff, and learning all I can about Visit Estes Park. I’ve experienced winter, spring and summer in the span of 24 hours, have been stunned by the views every time I see them (I hear they never get old) and continually delight in elk sightings with my daughter. The passion and energy of the people who live here is contagious—I am so thrilled to be a part of it!

In the coming weeks I plan to conduct a listening and learning tour with tourism stakeholders and continue my deep dive into the organization as I start work on VEP’s 2022 operating plan.

I can’t wait to get out and meet all of you and experience all that Estes Park has to offer!

–Kara
