FORJ NNHS Juneteenth Event
Please join FORJ NNHS for a fun family Juneteenth event from 12:00-4:00pm on Sunday, June 20, part of a weekend of events celebrating Juneteenth at the Hyde Playground in Newton Highlands. The rain date is Sunday, June 27. The fun includes music by DJ Ricky Groove, performances by Aashka Dance Company, food from Fresh Food Generations, ice cream by Tipping Cow, photo booth, and more. Retirement Tea Help Needed         
Please help the NNHS PTSO Teacher Appreciation Committee give a warm send off to our retiring NNHS faculty and staff following a virtual Retirement Celebration. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 9.  Visit the Sign Up Genius for ways to help.
 
Still Seeking Volunteers—Get Involved!
The following committees still need volunteers: Teacher Appreciation, Educational Excellence Fundraising Campaign, and Just Think Expo. In addition, our Community Engagement chairs are looking for volunteers from each class to help plan activities. Please email our co-presidents for more information.
 
Newton PTO Council Seeks Board Members
The Newton PTO Council is seeking board members for the upcoming school year. Past PTO co-presidents are eligible for any position on the PTO Council Board. The following positions do not require the candidate to have served in the role of current/past PTO President: METCO Rep, SEPAC Rep, and Newton Community Ed Rep. Please email co-presidents@northptso.org if you are interested.
