May was a busy month for CS Track as we step-up our efforts to make sure our work is reaching as wide an audience as possible. We participated in quite a few online events. They included @Forum Citizen Science which brings together many key Citizen Science activists, researchers and organisations in the German-speaking world where the focus of the event was on how Citizen Science can be a real driver of change.

We also gave our first 3 workshops and presented several posters at the CitSciVirtual conference which has really whetted our appetite to run more workshops, on and offline - so watch this space for announcements about our workshop plans for Autumn. We also supported and presented at the BRITEC event on bringing STEM research into the classroom with Scientix, AmgenTeach and the STEM Alliance which really gave us a chance to identify stakeholders and interest groups with whom we can work in the future on understanding Citizen Science better in educational contexts.

We are planning on broadening our outreach with fellow researchers as we extend our invitation to include relevant research findings related to Citizen Science in our eMagazine. So if you have results that help us in building a strong evidence base for Citizen Science - let us know so we can work with you in finding ways to promote your results.

Over the summer we will be actively running campaigns to promote our first public deliverables that provide not only an analysis of Citizen Science practice but which also highlight some of the tools and strategies that we are using to investigate Citizen Science online.
