The past year has been difficult for everyone. While it is hard to come to terms with what we may have lost sometimes it helps to look to possibilities that lie in the future.
While the pandemic has made it difficult for us to hold public events and raise funds to move the Cumberland church, Emma, Joel, and Karen have been working very hard to keep us moving forward. To date we have raised close to 75% of the funds needed to move the Cumberland building and build a new foundation for the building.
Moving Day is slated for late August, or early September. If you are interested in helping us meet our goal visit How You Can Help on our website, and tell a friend! We thank everyone who has helped bring us this far; we truly would not have been able to do it without you.
As we move closer to Moving Day check our website and Facebook pages for updates. We hope all of you can come out and witness what can take place through the power of determination, and compassion.
The Cumberland is a member of our community and moving day is just the first step to saving and restoring it to its former glory.
