Currently, when trying to use the /transactions and /transacoes APIs, if the desired extraction contains, in the required interval, a large amount of data not supported by the platform, the response provided by the API is a timeout - response code 504 - with the response "Gateway Timeout. Contact the administrator", without further details of the occurrence.
In order to provide a better user experience for our clients, we recently made available a new service, via Data API, that enables these mass extractions, without performance issues, both in the request itself and in the platform as a whole. The functionality was disclosed in this Comms on May 13, 2021.
In line with this action, aiming at the stability and performance of the services offered, we started, on 05/25, to return the message "The request parameters are blocked for this account. Please request data extraction through the TRANSACTIONS service from our Data API product." in the /transactions and /transacoes endpoints, for cases in which the request implies the generation of a high volume of information, directing, also in the error message, the use of the new API.
