Dear <<First Name>>, did you know that you are empowered to live longer, younger and in good health?

According to a recent United Nations estimate, over 350.000 people world-wide had reached their 100th birthday to become centenarians. Of these a tiny percentage will go on to become super-centenarians, (110 years old and above) who experience good health and an absence of age-related diseases until shortly before death.  These enduring individuals are living proof that humans have the potential to live over 100 even 120 years. What factors promote their exceptional longevity and why does 99.9 percent of the rest of the population age more quickly, lose functionality, develop diseases and die decades younger ?  This question is at the core of our research aimed at: 
1) DETERMINING THE BIOLOGICAL, GENETIC AND VARIOUS OTHER FACTORS THAT RESULT IN AGE-RELATED DETERIORATION and 2) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO COUNTER AGE-RELATED DETERIORATION.

Currently the therapeutic arsenal from an allopathic medical point of view includes calorie restriction, antioxidants, glycation inhibitors, telomerase activators, stem cells and substances such a melatonin, carnosine, metformin, and deprenyl. However, emerging research over the past five decades has uncovered the powerful life-extending potential of other non-allopathic medical therapies such as PRAYER, MEDITATION, AUTOSUGGESTION, HYPNOSIS, GUIDED IMMAGERY AND NUTRITIOUS FOODS.  

Aging is a complex biological process and describing it involves many negative words:  decline, decay, degeneration. Specifically, a decline, decrease or impairment of function that leads to an increased risk of age-related diseases, (i.e., cancer diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, neurological diseases, etc.).  One could also describe it as a process of shriveling, or shrinking of organs, or tissues that become more pronounced with age.

Here is the good news: throughout our NEWSLETTERS you will find studies that clearly demonstrate that restoration of these organs and tissues is possible and results in dramatic improvement in physiological function and lengthening of lifespan. For example: by using simple MIND-BODY EXERCISES elderly people can dramatically improve their motor abilities, strength, agility, and mental responses. The implications here, for slowing down the aging process, are enormous. By inserting an intention into your thought processes, such as, “I am improving in energy and vigor every day,” you can assert control and literally feel an increase in energy. The decline of vigor in old age is largely the result of people expecting to decline; they have unwittingly implanted a self-defeating intention in the form of a strong belief, and the mind-body connection automatically carries out this intention. We must realize that your body is not a sculpture fixed in time and space, but rather an organism that is changing and renewing itself at every second. Long before you get old, why not consciously program your mind to remain youthful, using the power of your intention.

Remember, even if you apply only the basic recommendations, found in my books, you will be among the WELDERLY who, even at 90 years of age, show no signs of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, diabetes or even dementia. You will be protected from the deleterious genes that affect the aging process. Yes, my friend, you too have the potential to become a super-centenarian. 

Please note: 10 years ago (Oct. 2011) the ARCHON G,X  prize was launched.  It started a race among longevity research teams especially interested in a variant of a distinct genetic subtype known as CETP (cholesteryl ester transfer protein) and a hormone IGF -1.  Without going into the details here, the plethora of new studies indicates that longevity researchers are pushing the scientific conversation to a new level.  But, genes alone are unlikely to explain all the secrets of longevity. I fervently believe that our definitive map, to the fountain of youth, includes the findings of the new paradigm - THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION AND THE QUANTUM FIELD.  (Please study the previous relevant Newsletters especially the one on “The Placebo Effect.”)
