  1. New Training Module from the Coaches Association of Canada

The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) has introduced another FREE module for Coaches to take on-line.  This new module is to help coaches when it is time to return to training after the Lockdown.

The Leading a Return to Sport Participation program. Click HERE to go to the module.

For Coaches This eLearning module provides guidance and resources to help coaches create a safe and adaptable return-to-sport plan.

This module takes about an hour to complete and in addition to giving coaches valuable guidance on starting back to coaching once we have clearance to do so, it also awards NCCP Certified coaches with 1 Professional Development point.

NCCP Accredited Coaches are reminded that once certified you need to continue to take courses and on-line modules to earn Professional Development points to maintain your certification.  For more details on how to maintain your certification, please see the following page on the Coaches Association of Ontario website:

https://www.coachesontario.ca/nccp-training/maintenance-of-certification/

Coaches are encouraged to optimize opportunities for upgrading and maintaining their Coaching Credentials, particularly now during the pandemic while coaches are mostly unable to actively coach.
