Come Visit the Tiny Home / Glamping Tent Farm
June 4-6 or July 1-4

What a relief to learn that we can now meet outdoors safely in small groups. Our farm has plenty of space for outdoor socializing. We have a kitchen tent that's completely stocked with a stove, fridge, and plenty of cups/bowls/cutlery, and open on both sides for excellent ventilation. There is also a completely open but covered sitting tent that's great for eating or doing yoga, especially during these quick spring rains. And bring a swimming suit, because there's a pond with a cedar floating dock for a refreshing swim. After dinner, there's sure to be a big bonfire.

Come prepared to contribute a few hours of work to help us get set up for season - doing demolition of a old RV blocking our view, cleaning up branches, or setting up tents.

The farm is located just south of Lindsay and is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from the west end of Toronto. Exact directions will be provided to whoever RSVP's.

What to Expect
We have 2 6-metre glamping tents available for first-come-first-served. They have double or queen sized mattresses or air mattresses. There is also unlimited room for camping. Dogs are welcome, but know that there are electric fences everywhere to contain the longhorn cows, so you may want to bring a leash.

We're playing around with pricing this summer, as we'd like to share some money with the farmer who's letting us share his farm. We're suggesting a payment of $200 for the weekend for the rental of the glamping tents, and $100 for the weekend if you bring and sleep in your own tent. Please bring cash to keep this super simple for us all. The farmer is providing us with our own well for unlimited water (including a hot shower!) and a small amount of electricity for shared services in the kitchen. Also bring your own food and drink. Once here, we may share, if you're comfortable with that, but make sure you bring enough for yourself.

I look forward to seeing you up here this summer!!! What else are you doing that's fun, relaxing, and outdoors? I've missed socializing with you, and am happy to welcome you to my piece of this wonderful farm. The bugs are minimal, the sunsets are stunning, and I really look forward to some in-person contact.
