Upcoming events in June

• Mental Health and Self-Care Talk - Tues 1st @1pm. One of our members has trained in mental health and shares her tips for looking after yourself.

• InterAct Session - Tues 8th June @ 3:30pm. Expect quizzes, stories and jokes as we are joined by another professional actor for a lively session on animals!

• Support Group - Mon 21st@ 3pm. Join our monthly support group where you get the chance to share your experiences with other brain injury survivors.
