State CDBG-CV Implementation Quick Guide Now Available

The State CDBG-CV Implementation Quick Guide is a user-friendly tool that summarizes key components of the Community Development Block Grant CARES Act (CDBG-CV) as they relate to State CDBG-CV program implementation and gives grantees an overview of the overall alternative requirements and flexibilities granted in Federal Register Notice F.R. 6218-N-01. This resource includes topics such as:

  • State-specific alternative requirements and flexibilities granted in the CDBG-CV Federal Register Notice
  • Alternative models for State CDBG-CV program delivery
  • Other resources and technical assistance available to State CDBG-CV grantees

Additionally, the Quick Guide addresses the Duplication of Benefits (DOB) requirement which applies to all State CDBG-CV funds and 2019 and 2020 State CDBG funds used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.
