Inspiring Future Generations for Impact

Impact Hub MSP is excited to partner with the Carlson School Sands fellowship to offer membership & support to their recipients.

From finding new funding for women's shelters to creating ways to responsibly dispose of firearms, six business ventures from Carlson School MBA students were selected as 2021 Sands Family Social Venture Fellowships.

Each project now has the opportunity, thanks to an initial $5,000 award, to create transformative experience that contributes to the local community.

U of M graduates Bill and Susan Sands established the fellowship in hopes of inspiring future generations of Carlson MBA students to apply their business expertise to make a major impact on their community. Now int it's ninth year, 53 Sands Fellows have either partnered with existing organizations or launched new ventures that address important societal issues in the Twin Cities. Read more.

As the economy starts opening up, Breathe 99 is launching their Essential Mask Program: a public health initiative that donates their innovative industrial-grade B2 Mask to organizations working in food access such as the Twin Cities Mobile Market.

The Essential Mask Program is part of Breathe 99's impact initiative to make better respiratory protection available to everyone. You can support the program by buying a mask or contacting them regarding direct donation opportunities.
