New Module on Davis-Bacon Payroll Analysis

The HUD Exchange announces the launch of a new Davis-Bacon training. The second of a two-part training, this new set of modules walks Local Contracting Agencies (LCAs) through the correct way to conduct a payroll analysis. It also provides construction contractors with the information needed to submit timely, accurate certified payrolls.

This module covers the additional classifications process and when it should be used.

Module 5: Compliance Reviews and Corrections

This module goes over compliance reviews and how to make corrections when needed.

Module 6: Comparison Analysis

This module highlights common mistakes and how to troubleshoot them.
