As restrictions ease for many businesses who have weathered the storm, summer brings us a chance to make up for lost time.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support our students by painting up a storm at the May 23rd Paint Party and to The Exchange for hosting. Your participation benefitted scholarships for students at Hercules, Pinole & John Swett High Schools.

25th Anniversary

La Strada

La Strada is Italian for “the road.”
For owners Martino and Adriano, the road to La Strada San Pablo has been a delicious and enjoyable journey of hard work and friendship.
In 1996, they came upon a vacant restaurant while driving to the store to pick up supplies for a backyard BBQ. In short order they leased the San Pablo space and the first La Strada was born.
Their American Canyon location opened six years later.
Though La Strada Restaurant started as a dream among friends, it evolved into a family business when Martino and Adriano became brothers-in-laws.
At La Strada you enjoy homemade Italian cuisine in a relaxing, yet elegant setting. They take pride in their reasonably priced menu and excellent service. The Tuscan specialties keep local guests returning week after week. In addition to vegetarian options many dishes can be modified for vegetarian preferences.
Both Martino and Adriano remain involved with the two La Strada locations. Guests will always find one of them at the restaurant, checking and rechecking that the food and service meet their high expectations.
The entire staff at La Strada is passionate about all things Italian – the food, the culture, the arts, and the people. Martino, Adriano, and their staff look forward to sharing their love of Italian cuisine with you.
