As a result of the Texas abortion ban and the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to hear a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade later this year, national and local reproductive health rights and justice organizations are joining with local activists and organizations for a national call to action on October 2, just days before the U.S. Supreme Court's 2021 - 2022 session begins. Florida politicians have vowed to file similar legislation, once again placing politics over people.
Purpose of Rally: To send the Supreme Court and Florida lawmakers a clear, unified message. The attack on our reproductive rights will not be tolerated. We will make our voices heard in support of reproductive justice for all!
Feel free to make signs with messages you feel are important, bring extras for those who are not as creative as you, and bring 20 of your closest friends with you!
As a sponsor of the Rally, Democratic Women’s Club of Palm Beach County is collecting the funds to cover the expenses for this event. All funds will go directly towards Rally for Reproductive Justice expenses.
Any excess funds collected will be donated to Dignity Power, an organization fighting for the rights of women and girls in Florida.
Your donations will help ensure that we have a secure and COVID-safe rally. We sincerely appreciate and are grateful for your support of this important event!

Let's make a difference on National Voter Registration Day!
Check your voter status. Ask your family, your neighbors, your landscaper, or your bank teller if they're registered to vote or signed up for Vote by Mail. Start conversations about the importance of voting. And most importantly, get in the habit of talking to folks about their voting plan. Remember, it doesn't matter what voting method people choose as long as they vote, so help them develop a plan that works best for them!
Our Leadership Team is currently creating canvassing training manuals and voter leave behind materials for our upcoming voter outreach.
We will be announcing upcoming training sessions for canvassing & voter registration in October. We will begin door-to-door canvassing to register voters and enroll Democrats in Vote-by-Mail once trainings begin. Stay tuned for future newsletters with location and times.
