Red Cross Blood Drive! Sign up now.

Our next blood drive is Friday, June 11, in the Laurel Hall Parish Hall from 1:00 PM-7:00 PM.

Giving blood is a precious gift, but to do so, you need to be sure you have iron-rich blood to donate. Read about some of the best ways to ensure you are ready in body as well as in spirit here.

We’re asking all eligible members of our Emmanuel community to register now to give blood on June 11. Go to redcrossblood.org and use code ELCNoHo to find our drive. We’re also on your smart device at your Red Cross Blood Donor app. Use this handy feature to book a donation time.

Then on the day of your donation you can access the app’s RapidPass to complete your questionnaire ahead of time, helping us speed up our sign-in procedures.

Please encourage family and friends to participate. Many donation sites have been closed during the pandemic creating an urgent strain on blood supplies. If you last gave blood no later than April 16 you are eligible to donate at Emmanuel in June. Thank you for sharing the gift of life!

LAUREL HALL ONGOING FUNDRAISERS

Three ways that you can support Laurel Hall during the school year, are by (1) linking your Ralph's card to Laurel Hall, (2) designating our school as your charity on Goodsearch, and (3) scanning your grocery receipts with the Box Tops app.

To benefit Laurel Hall, shoppers need a digital account that can be linked to the Ralph's Community Contribution program. Go here to set up your digital account. If you already have an online account with Ralph's, you can log in and then choose Laurel Hall as your designated Community Contribution school.

Our school receives funds for every search made through the site, so why not use it as your search engine? You can sign up for Goodsearch here. Be sure to designate Laurel Hall School as your charity.

MONTHLY SCRIPTURE

MAY SCRIPTURE

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me. Do not cast me away from your presence, and do not take your holy spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and sustain in me a willing spirit.” Psalm 51:10-12
