Practice Manager Network Meeting:  Leading Effective Teams

What exactly are the traits of effective teams?

You’ll learn what an effective team looks like and the six steps to build, maintain and lead an effective practice team, and then you’ll take the team effectiveness questionnaire.

Tanya will share key coaching techniques that will enable you to build accountability and responsibility in your teams - and allow you to focus on your own work rather than respond to micro interruptions that hijack your day.

You’ll learn the common traps that lead to work overload and how to avoid these, and discover contemporary strategies to manage your own and the team's wellbeing.  You’ll receive handouts that support and reinforce these learnings.
