This is a reminder to register for our 4th Annual SCQR Training Day, if you have not done so already. Please pre-register here:

and you will receive your own link to the meeting after registering.
The event has two parts: a live Zoom session on Friday, June 4th from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., followed by recorded video presentations that we plan on releasing throughout the summer. An agenda and more information are available here.
Once you have attended the live session or viewed the recordings for all sessions, be sure to complete the evaluation to confirm attendance and to claim your CME/CEU credits. Completion of the evaluation and claiming the full CME credits (up to 3.75 CME are available) will be your proof of attendance and the only way we will award BCBSM Performance Index SCQR meeting points. The deadline for completing the evaluation/CME process is July 5, 2021.
