The Annual Parishioners Meeting and the Annual Parochial Church Meeting will take place on Monday 14th June at 7.30pm by Zoom. This is an opportunity for us all to meet together and hear about the work of the church and elect the Churchwardens and PCC members who act as trustees for SMB. Church Annual Meeting Elections:
Forms for the Church Annual Meeting elections are now available from the PCC secretary. This year we will be electing 2 Church Wardens for one year, 12 members of the PCC for one year and 5 Deputy Wardens for one year.
If you would like to stand for election for any of these positions, you must be over 16 years of age (21 for Church Wardens and Deputy Church Wardens) and have been on the electoral roll of the church for at least six months. You will need to complete the appropriate nomination form and obtain the signatures of a proposer and seconder. Forms sent to Georgy Holden (email smbpcc@gmail.com) or the Church Office by midday Thursday 10th June.
