Twelve planning applications to be considered
Twelve planning applications are to be considered by Waltham Abbey Town Council's planning and licensing sub-committee which is being held at Waltham Abbey Town Hall, Highbridge Street, at 4pm on Wednesday (June 2).
The applications are:
* dropped kerb for a width of 3 metres, 36 Crooked Mile
* single-storey side extension, 47 Upshire Road
* haybarn, 7 Sergeants Green Lane
* new two-storey building for B1 / B2 / B8 offices, storage and light industrial use
* conversion of garage into habitable room, 3 Cobmead Drive
* retention of a permeable roadway made of broken brick, Normandy Nursery, Avey Lane
* retention of a 40ft container, previously used to block the second site entrance, Normandy Nursery, Avey Lane
* alteration of design and location of house on Plot 1, Fairmead, 1 Church Road, High Beech
* demolition of rear triple garage and conservatory and erection of a single-storey rear extension together with rooms in the roof of the existing bungalow, Roundhills, Mott Street
* work on protected trees - one Willow, one Ash, two Oaks and three Prunus, Baden Drive
* single-storey rear extension and loft conversion with dormer window, 4 Willmott Cottages, Copt Hall Green
* application for a Lawful Development certificate for existing use of Class B8 storage purposes.
