Join us for Button Farm Almanac, a new guided tour of our living history center, led by historian and Menare founder, Tony Cohen.

Guests will be guided on this behind-the-scenes tour of the farm, its history and environs.

Discover how we create immersive experiences on forty acres of Maryland farmland and how we interpret the story of slavery and the Underground Railroad.

In June only, the tour is FREE with paid parking reservations (a $10 per person value).

 Germantown Flea Market

Flea Market: 1st Saturday May through November (8am-12noon)
MARC train parking lot: Route 118 (Germantown Rd) & Bowman Mill Dr. 

The first Saturday of each month from May through November we set up shop at the Germantown Flea Market.

Stop by the flea between 8 AM - 12 PM for our monthly Red Tag Sale! Furniture, bric-a-brac, books, vintage collectibles and more—come rummage through our treasures!
