Oldham CCG have now confirmed that
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the palliative care service will be commissioned until 31st March 2022
- Tier 3 Out-of-Hours (OOH) service will end on 31st July 2021 as planned
New! Trafford - Palliative Care
Trafford CCG have provided the updated Palliative Care Service Specification and Stock List for 2021-22.
Covid-19 Stock Claims
Contractors can claim for short-dated items from the Covid-19 stock list which will expire between 31/4/21 and 31/7/21 using PharmOutcomes if they are not able to dispense these items.
Claims must be made via PharmOutcomes by 5th August 2021.
After this date, claims for expired medicines can only be made for items included in the palliative care stock list – appendix A of the spec.
Covid-19 Mobile phone
There is no longer a continued requirement for the use of the covid-19 mobile phones for pharmacies commissioned to hold palliative care stock.
CHL will be arranging to collect these from you via courier. Please package up the mobile phone and it’s charger in packaging suitable for posting (preferably within it’s original box if available), and then respond to this email to confirm that it is ready, we will then arrange a collection date and time with a courier and email you a label that you will need to print out and attach.
