B23 Spring Session Class Descriptions
 
 Stroller Sessions 
Grab a stroller or carrier and join us for a walk around our beautiful town.  Building community and a support network one stroll at a time. (Mondays, 9:30-10:30am) (Funded by Ipswich Public Schools) (This Group will meet at the Ascension Church Parking Lot)

StoryTime  
Join us for a simple live outdoor storytime great early learning group experience. Age-appropriate books and parent interaction to focus on early-literacy and social and emotional development. (Funded by EEC and Ipswich Public Schools)
Tuesdays, 9:30-10:00am - 2 year old (This Group is held outside at Ipswich Town Hall) Wednesdays, 9:30-10:00am - 12-24months (This Group is held outside at Ipswich Town Hall)
 

Educational Explorers
This virtual preschool program will allow your little explorers to enjoy weekly themed stories, crafts, recipes, and movement opportunities from the comfort of your home. This group will allow your child to focus on early-literacy and appropriate development skills. You will receive a weekly email which you can explore together at your own pace. (Funded by EEC and Ipswich Public Schools)(Ages 2.9-5) (Virtual)
 
Shake, Rattle and Roll
This mixed-aged music and movement group celebrates the early literacy and social and emotional development components of musical exploration. (Funded by EEC and Ipswich Public Schools) 10:45-11:30am) (This Group is held outside at Town Hall)

Sensory Play & Stories

Join this weekly parent/child where families can socially interact while stimulating their child's senses of touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing.  This live group features stories and sensory play which supports language development, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills, problem solving skills, and social interaction(Funded by EEC and Ipswich Public Schools) (3/4yo) (Wednesdays, 10:30-11:00am) (This Group is held outside at Ipswich Town Hall)

Ready, Set, Kindergarten 
Is your child entering Kindergarten in Fall 2021?  As your child fast approaches school age, you may be wondering if he or she has developed the skills necessary to be successful in this new and challenging part of their childhood. Let us help them get Ready!  Join us for fun filled workshops where children will practice Kindergarten Readiness skills.  We will focus on a different skill that is important for Kindergarten Readiness.  Children will explore different skills in a safe, engaging environment.  Game on!  Ready, Set, Kindergarten! (Funded by Ipswich Public Schools) (Ages 4,5)(Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00pm) (This Group is held outside at Ipswich Town Hall)
 
New Baby Support Group 
This group is devised to support parents and their babies with their successes and challenges with a new child. Come meet local parents in this welcoming, relaxed environment. This group will be led by a postpartum/newborn nurse and breastfeeding educator who has over 10 years of experience helping families. (Funded by EEC and Ipswich Public Schools)(Ages 0-12months)(Thursdays, 1:00pm-2:00pm) (This Group is held outside at Ipswich Town Hall)
