Lots of changes this time around - the biggest ones being a new venue (Livonia Embassy Suites) and moving completely to an online system for registrations and payments.  Payments will only be taken via Paypal and each cropper will need to register individually.  My apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but these changes are necessary for many reasons - mostly to ensure everyone has a fair chance to register. 
Seats are very limited for November!

Our event will be held in one large ballroom.  Currently, we are limiting our numbers so we can allow for extra space between croppers but this may change before November.  We are still planning our events with a great amount of uncertainty.  Please know that we are committed to keeping everyone safe BUT we also want you to take responsibility for your own health.  Respectfully, I suggest that if you can't/don't want to crop in close proximity to others then please consider waiting to attend a crop until you can/do. 

Seating is VERY limited for this event so if you'd like to attend please register asap.  The email w/registration info should be going out this afternoon/evening. 
We are capping our event at 60.  Once these seats are filled we'll be going on a waitlist. If we are not able to register anyone on the waitlist, we will give a full refund via Paypal.

It will be highly beneficial for those attending the weekend crop to stay at the Embassy Suites, as they provide appetizers and drinks each evening as well as a free breakfast for guests only.  Because of this, and the ever increasing costs, we will not be providing dinner on Friday or breakfasts as part of the weekend retreat.  More info about meals will be included in the registration email. 

While you're waiting for the registration info, please make sure you're registered for Paypal.  If you do not have an account yet, please send me an email & I'll send you an invite. After you sign up with Paypal & link your payment info (credit/debit card and/or bank account info) and make a purchase (can be our weekend registration) we'll both earn $10
Also you might want to look into Hilton Honors, the rewards program for the Hilton family of hotels of which Embassy Suites is a part of.  Might as well earn perks with your hotel stays!

Unfortunately, the odds for a spring retreat do not look good at this time.  The Novi Sheraton is now too expensive for our events, even during the off times we hold our weekends.  The Embassy Suites is working with us to keep costs down, but the only weekend we can get lower rates for in the spring of '22 is booked with...hockey teams!  Been there, done that one too many times so we passed.  We'll keep looking but so far not so good.
