In mid-March Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings LP (TAIHLP) requested Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the upcoming Pukekura - The Parade development. Thank you to our Te Atiawa whānau who took the opportunity to register their interest for Pukekura – The Parade through Bayleys Taranaki.

Interest has exceeded our expectations and Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings LP will be moving forward with this development.
What happens next?
 
A resource consent application is currently being prepared by our developers. This marks the start of the development process.
 
To provide more information for Te Atiawa whānau who are interested in Pukekura – The Parade, Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa are looking to host an information evening.

Pukekura – The Parade, Liardet St, New Plymouth A resource consent application is currently being prepared by our developers. This marks the start of the development process. TAIHLP expects to acquire this property within the next six months.
Standish St, New Plymouth Strategic hold while TAIHLP prepares a development strategy over the coming one - two years.
186-188 Tukapa, New Plymouth Short-term lease agreement with the existing tenant. TAIHLP hold for future development.
De Havilland Drive, Bell Block Long-term commercial and industrial development and hold.
Tukapa St, New Plymouth TAIHLP expects to acquire this property this year and will hold it while it considers and prepares a development strategy over the coming one - two years.
Bayly St, Waitara TAIHLP has acquired this property and will hold it while we work with our Manukorihi and Otaraua hapū to finalise the Cultural Impact Assessment (CIA).
Education House Cnr Elliot Street and Courtney Street, New Plymouth Still progressing due diligence and business case, with some complexities regarding the building and demolition.
De Havilland & Husdon, Bell Block TAIHLP acquired and has largely developed and sold these industrial lots; with the exception of a block of land on Connett Road which is being held as an option for long-term commercial and industrial development.
Barrett St, New Plymouth Still progressing due diligence and business case, in particular awaiting the Crown to provide a clean and clear site.
Atkinson House Devon Street West, New Plymouth TAIHLP is currently progressing refurbishment design concepts and commercial options and expects to acquire the property.
Seaview Rd, New Plymouth TAIHLP has acquired this property and will sell the property following a strategic review.
Tranche 3 Properties which were initially deemed to not be feasible We are reviewing the commercial feasibility of Tranche 3 Properties given changes to market conditions which provide better opportunity for positive commercial outcomes for TAIHLP.
