Some classes deferred
Some classes about to start may be deferred, whilst some tutors may have elected not to hold classes during the restrictions (lasting from 25 May to 4 June on current advice).
Anyone enrolled in a class that is impacted by these deferrals will receive an email with specific information about that class.
Please check your emails (and even your spam folder, if you haven't whitelisted U3A Hawthorn).
Checking in with the Service Victoria app using our QR codes will be mandatory from Friday 28 May.
Remember, you will need to scan on each time you visit a venue but only once per visit. If you are attending additional classes, e.g. other rooms at Sinclair Avenue, you do not have to check-in again.
For those without a smartphone, please ask a class member to check you in with their phone or ask at Reception.
