As notified in Newsletter 55 of 26th April, in view of the current COVID 19 restrictions, the TRG Committee has decided to hold this year’s AGM as a virtual meeting on Tuesday, 15th June 2021 starting at 19:30.
Triangle Residents will be able to access the videoconference using a link which will be sent later. Prior to the videoconference, residents are asked to vote on the re-election of the Committee.
The current members of the Committee have expressed their willingness to stand for re-election.
No new nominations for election to the Committee have been received.
No motions to be voted on have been received.
Residents can vote in the following ways:
By using the attached form (attachment 1), and either emailing it to trgweybridge@gmail.com or posting/hand delivering it to TRG Election, Princes Newt, 27 Princes Road, KT139BH.
By simply emailing trgweybridge@gmail.com with details of your vote, and including your name and address.
Please cast your vote before 23.59 hours on 7th June 2021. Votes received after that date will not be counted.
At the AGM on 15th June there will be a short presentation on TRG’s activities since the last AGM. The key points are summarised in attachment 2.
Thereafter there will be a Q&A session.
Residents who are unable to join the videoconference are invited to submit their questions by email to trgweybridge@gmail.com by 7th June 2021.
These questions and the Committee’s responses will be posted on the website under ‘AGM.’
