Creating Chinese Buns and Noodles – TEQ

In Daisy Chang’s 9th–12th-grade Chinese class at Lane Tech College Prep High School in Chicago, Illinois, students are learning about "Creating Chinese Buns and Noodles."

How to organize effective and engaging practice activities for large classes is always a challenge for teachers; the key is to make the activities learner-centered. In this new TEQ video, you will see Chang use two student-centered activities to maximize students' participation and prepare the students for a final group presentation in their target language.

You can always access the TEQ library, day or night, on our website. Learn more »
