Term Fees

The Reynella Scout Group Term Fee covers the ongoing facilitation of Scouting within the Scout Group. We believe the Reynella Scout Group offers value for money.

Term fee invoices have been issued via email using the Scout Group’s Accounting Software (ReckonOne). If you have not received your invoice please check your junk email. Payment terms are 30 days.

The Scout Group will support extensions on payment terms and payment plans. Scouts SA also has financial support available. Please reach out to Kathryn (Group Leader) (0413 448 056 / gl.reynella@sa.scouts.com.au) to initiate these. All conversations will be treated as confidential.

Venturer Unit

The Venturer Section is for youth between 14 and 18 years old. Reynella Scout Group is excited to be opening a Venturer Unit shortly - starting Wednesday 19th March.

7:30 to 9:30 pm Wednesday Evenings
Starting Wednesday 19th March

Do you know someone who would like to join Venturers? The Venturer Unit is open to new members, we would be delighted for them to join us.

REVIEW:
26th Australian Jamboree (AJ2025)
In Maryborough, Queensland

Every three years, Scouts have the opportunity to attend an Australian Jamboree where they join ten thousand other young people and adult volunteers from around Australia and across the world for a ten day camp. The 26th Australian Jamboree (AJ2025) was held in Maryborough, Queensland from 6th to15th January 2025.

The Reynella Scout Group had eight Scout and two adult participants in AJ2025. Over the next few weeks we will be sharing their reviews of the event.

From Mase (Scout):

The experience of Jamboree was very wholesome. I remember the fun memories I made while at Australia Zoo and at our campsite. I loved badge trading because it helped me gain new friends as well as strengthen ties with current ones. Overall, Jamboree was an experience that I’ll never forget.

Joey Scout Section:
6:00 to 7:30 pm Wednesdays

Next week is our "Clean Up Australia" weekly activity. Join us as we collect rubbish along the Coast to Vines Rail Trail. Drop off and pick up will be from the Old Reynella Interchange (Old South Road, OLD REYNELLA). A completed permission form (online via Operoo) is required to participate.

7:00 to 9:00 pm Thursdays

Next week is our "Roonka River Camp Prep" weekly activity. Scouts will be preparing the equipment ready for camp. (All Scouts are encouraged to attend this activity regardless of whether they are attending camp. Through preparing for the camp the Scouts will be working on numerous Outdoor Adventure Skills.)
