Yesterday, when I celebrated my first eucharist here at St. Patrick’s, it was nearly impossible to wipe the smile off my face! I am so thrilled to be your new priest, and I gave thanks to God that you are the people I have been called to love, serve, and join in fulfilling St. Patrick's mission "To be a Community that Shares the Joy of God's Love." I look forward to meeting everyone over the coming weeks, and I will be reaching out to each of you to schedule an informal “get-to-know-you” chat. We can meet here at the church, at your home, or even at your favorite coffee shop, whatever works best for you. It may take me a few months to get through the whole directory, especially since we haven’t yet moved closer to St. Patrick’s, so if you have any pressing pastoral care needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out, my email is Mack.Saintpatricks@gmail.com. Also, in the spirit of getting to know each other, please be sure to wear your name tags on Sunday, it will be a great help to me!
