Dear TCA Families,
Today is one of the most exciting days in the history of TCA! Last year we told you we began working on a bond. Today at 10:30 AM, we closed on that bond and we now own the Bee Ridge campus!!! All 44 beautiful acres! The potential for future buildings and fields is incredible! Congratulations, TCA, on our Forever Home!!!!
We want to express our sincere gratitude to Levi Wiget and Christen Benson (TCA Board members) who spearheaded this effort and spent countless hours seeing this through to the end. We could not have done it without them!
We also wanted to let you know that moving day is almost here!! We are in the final phases of permitting and will have our CO in the next few weeks! We are excited to announce Kindergarten - 4th grade will be moving to the Bee Ridge campus the weekend of Oct 26th-27th.
If you are available to help move on Saturday morning (Oct. 26th), we would love you to join us! We will be reaching out to our community in the next week or so to coordinate volunteers.
Our first day of school together at Bee Ridge will be on Monday morning, October 28th!
The official start time for K-12 on the Bee Ridge campus will be 8:30 AM and school will end at 3:30 PM for all students.
Preschool and PreK times will remain at 8:10 AM to 3:10 PM at the Fruitville campus. Preschool and PreK will be moving into the Jefferson Building. Please watch for emails from the preschool/preK team regarding this move.
As we begin this transition, please be watching for emails and communication regarding drop-off and pick-up procedures.
