Sharing our military and service history

Uncover experiences of Australians who served in wars, conflicts and peace operations. The hardship of active service extends to the family and friends they leave behind. We commemorate their service and sacrifice.

Remembrance Day 11 November

Remembrance Day Kitbag for an event

If you're planning, hosting or participating in a local event on 11 November, grab our kitbag of printable resources. This year, we've included patterns for crocheting or knitting a red poppy. Look inside the kitbag.

Remembrance Day posters

Each year we create a new Remembrance Day poster to commemorate all who have died or suffered during wars, conflicts and peace operations. Print the poster to display. A landscape-oriented image is suitable for digital displays. You can use the community poster to advertise a local event. See this year’s poster.

If you want free printed copies of our posters, books or DVA's 2025 Wall Calendar, send your details to education@dva.gov.au.
