Nevertheless, We Persisted: 2024 Inamori Ethics Prize

It was our sincere honor to recognize Dr. Anthony Fauci, a physician, immunologist, and infectious disease expert, for his outstanding contributions to humankind by awarding him the 2024 Inamori Ethics Prize. We are grateful for the outpouring of support for Dr. Fauci and to everyone who made this recognition and day possible, especially those who traveled across the country and the world to join us!

We are thankful to actor, advocate, and 2019 Inamori Ethics Prize recipient, LeVar Burton; former Ohio Department of Health Director, Dr. Amy Acton; and Macalester College President, Suzanne Rivera for sharing their experiences and expertise with our symposium audience and also meeting with our honored guests and students.

We also appreciate everyone who was able to join us, in person and online, for a truly important discussion regarding moral imperatives in public health, locally and globally. Please enjoy the event photos and videos, as well as links to event coverage.
