Portland Adventist Community Services Fall Festival Fundraiser Happens This Weekend!


Portland Adventist Community Services (PACS) will host their 3rd annual Fall Festival at Rossi Farms this weekend! On Sunday, October 6, from 12:00-5:00 PM you can look forward to delicious food and drinks, musical performances, a petting zoo, bounce houses, arts and crafts, axe throwing, a cave maze, rock wall climbing and much more for the whole family to enjoy! Just ten minutes from the Portland International Airport, Rossi Farms is a picturesque countryside event venue featuring beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for you to explore with your friends and family. NPUC Month of Prayer

As part of the NAD’s Pentecost 2025 project, the NPUC is leading the prayer initiative in October for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on teachers and students. Members are to pause and pray individually at the designated prayer times, thereby maintaining a “personal concert of prayer” throughout the day.

New Children's Sabbath School Curriculum to be Rolled Out The new Alive In Jesus Sabbath School curriculum will be introduced during the 1st quarter of 2025 with the Beginners. The Alive in Jesus Sabbath School curriculum is a Bible curriculum developed by the Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Department of the General Conference and with the goal of nurturing the spiritual life of our children and youth from the time they are babies until they are 18 years of age. Materials will be available through Adventist Book Center (note GraceLink will no longer be available). Along with the curriculum additional resources like posters, and memory verse cards will be a special Baby Steps program for ages 0-1 year.

Islam & Christianity Seminars with Tim Roosenberg
Join Gladstone Park Adventist Church, October 18-19 for a special weekend with presenter Tim Roosenberg. The topic of the weekend will be Islam and Christianity, and the presentations will help you understand what is going on in our world and what is coming. These are based on the Biblical prophecy of Daniel 11. Pastor Tim has an M Div. degree and speaks internationally at conferences, pastor’s meetings, and seminars.
