Happy Halloween! Please help us have another safe & successful night of trick-or-treating in the neighborhood.
The Columbia Police Department will close the marked streets from 5 - 9 p.m. TONIGHT to ensure the safety of trick-or-treaters and pedestrians.
Do NOT move any barricades. They are placed for the safety of all.
We will have police officers staffing the barricades and walking throughout the neighborhood to help with public safety.
If you witness any behavior that endangers others, please call 911.
